Maryna Savitskaya

Maryna Savitskaya makes traditional Belarusian pysanky using the batik method and oklejanki ( ‘oklejać‘ means to cover or overlay sth / to tape over or around sth)  and palms characteristic for the north-west region  “Poniemonia”. It is a family tradition. Savistkaya is the head of a centre of Belarusian culture. She has won many awards and distinctions.
