Maria Sikorska

Maria Sikorska’s specialty is bobbin lace that she has learned from her mother.  This technique relies on twisting threads wound on bobbins.  Maria’s works have been featured at many competitions and exhibitions, including at the Polish National Exhibition of folk Artists’ Association in Bukowina Tatrzańska (2009), bobbin lace exhibition in Berdejov (Slovakia, 2009), bobbin lace exhibition in Bobowa. Maria is a member of Folk Artists’ Association in Lublin and  Regional Folk Craft Association in Bobowa.
