Helena Kołodziej

Helena Kołodziej is a master in the art of making decorations from straw and dry flowers. She has learned this very Lublin craft from her grandmother and mother and she has passed it on to her granddaughter. Helena is also a poet and a singer. Her stall features onrmanets in the shapes of angels, whistles,  dolls, flowers and chains  that are made of straw, grass, paper and crepe paper. Helena has been a member of Folk Artists’ Association since 1974.
