Halyna and Volodymyr Kovalenko

A married couple from Lviv who makes beautiful Hutsul pisanki eggs, as well as ornaments out of ostrich egg shells. Haluna comes from Uzhhorod where she graduates from artistic ceramic faculty. She is also a graduate of the Lviv Academy of Arts. she has been making pisanki for several years.  She has taken part in many international collective exhibitions, for instance in Lviv, Kiev, Belgrad. Her works can be found in private collections of pisanki art connoisseurs in USA, Canada, australia, Japan, Germany, Brazil and Croatia.
