Ferenc has learned his craft from his father. Their family has been practising the traditions for over 80 years. Fazekas runs pottery workshops. He is a member of  the Hungarian Folk Artists’ Association and has won many awards and distinctions.  In 2016, he received the title of Hungarian Folk Art Master.
