Augustowska Miodosytnia

Augustowska Miodosytnia was established out of interest in tree beekeeping. Its founders work in Fratrum Mellicidarum that continues tree beekeeping traditions in the Augustów Forest. Meads produced by Augustowska Miodosytnia use traditional recipes and ingredients obtained locally on the Polish-Lithuanian border. At the stall, we will find not only meads but also other honey-based drinks such as podpiwek or zbicień. Augustów Trójniak mead has received the award “Złote Jajo” granted by the culinary magazine KUKBUK.
