Alina Zaiats

A young crafter from Suprunivka village in  Poltava region whose specialty are dolls (motanki dolls), pysanki as well as painting.  She is a graduate of the Poltava National Pedagogical University where she majored in art. Her teachers were artists involved in traditional art, among them Tetiana Sayenko and Alla Markaryan.

She has been making pysanki and doll making since 2010. She has taken part in many nationwide as well as regional Ukrainian exhibitions. She also runs workshops. She received an award of distinction at the Jagiellonian Fair 2013.
