Re:Tradition On Kolberg’s Trail

“Following Kolberg’s trails” is a series of documents depicting a musical journey to various regions of Poland. The aim of each expedition was to get acquainted with an exquisite musician living in a village and involved in traditional singing or village music. Musicians known to wider audience set out on this journey.  The author of the project is Michał Pietrusiewicz  who will talk about the process of creating the films. At the meeting we will see artists that are the protagonists of 6 selected episodes of the cycle and we will also see them at the Re:Tradition concert : Zbigniew Butryn, Sławomir Czekalski, Krzesimir Dębski, Stanisława Galica-Górkiewicz, Stanisław Głaz, Gaba Kulka, Czesław Mozil, Kapela Niwińskich, Mateusz Pospieszalski, Bronisław Rawski, Maria Stępień, Maria Siwiec, Adam Strug, Bronisława Świder, Tymon Tymański, Stanisław Witkowski. The meeting will be conducted by Agnieszka Obszańska and Jacek Hałas.
